DIFC fees are the published DIFC Courts Wills Service registration fees, checked 29 August 2026. Drafting by a registered wills draftsman is separate and typically AED 3,000 to 10,000. DIFC is a different route, not a worse one: it gives you English-language probate through the DIFC Courts and is open to non-residents. If you live here and want a will that is valid across all seven emirates, ADJD does the same job for a fraction of the cost.
